This was made for a contest put on by KGW NewsChannel 8 and Port of Portland. I came in second and scored some round trip tickets to Tokyo. Me and my lady friend (my lady friend and I?) will be going there this winter.

The video itself is pretty much just a bunch of stills thrown about in several layers in Premiere. Very primitive. I played guitar and sang over a little looped beat I made on my SP-404.

I made this to try and get into UCF Film School. It didn't work.

Perhaps they didn't think that I was a team player.

Kamikaze

This is the end sequence for the short film

The film culminates with an epic Laundromat Rave Party.
(maybe not all that epic)

I made the Cheesy techno theme which plays throughout the film!

I am also the raver on the washing machine.

I am not a real raver... Only a pretend one.

I made the entire film score in 2000, and then the film was completely re-edited. Gah!

Nonetheless, I like how this part turned out. The music itself is a bit primitive to me now, but it still seems to work on some level.
