Final project. It involved showing examples of different value keys and color schemes. It seemed most fitting to go with a rather juvenile play on words... I just don't want anyone to think that I'm above that sort of thing.

Conceptualize and create a short animation in Maya... Model and texture the exterior and interior. Then animate a pre-rigged character (Bloke). Fart sounds are optional.

Originally, the staircase was ridiculously high. I thought it would be funny, but no... just sort of boring. I posted a few early renders for kicks. hah.

I Want to go to Tokyo!!!

This was made for a contest put on by KGW NewsChannel 8 and Port of Portland. I came in second and scored some round trip tickets to Tokyo. Me and my lady friend (my lady friend and I?) will be going there this winter.

The video itself is pretty much just a bunch of stills thrown about in several layers in Premiere. Very primitive. I played guitar and sang over a little looped beat I made on my SP-404.
